High-heels and Muscles

This video is part of a high-heels lesson.

We train our knees which need to walk in high-heels.
 If we can't push our knees as much as possible,
we tend to bend our knees.

As a result, we lose our body balance
 and we would have a backache
 because our back bends behind.

If you can succeed in this exercise,
you will control your body even though
 you wear high-heels,
besides you will not have a physical problem
 and besides you will not feel pain anymore.

Beauty is a must and it must radiate from within.
To achieve that elegant high-heels walk,
you have to strengthen your muscles first.
